No pitch deck. We ask what the business does, what area you cover, how customers usually find you, where leads or time are getting lost, and which systems are already in place.

If Shipside fits, we walk through which service groups apply — Website Foundation, Lead Capture, Missed-Call Follow-Up, Owner Visibility, Calendar and Booking, AI Consulting and Workflow Mapping, or Custom Systems — and send a written scope before any deposit.

If we're not the right fit, we say that on the call so nobody wastes a week. Sometimes the right answer is "talk to us in three months" — that's an honest answer too.
