Questions before you call.

What happens after I pay?
We send you a short intake form — your hours, services, photos, contact info. Takes about 15 minutes. We build your pages, then walk you through the live site on a call. You approve, we make any tweaks, then we transfer ownership: domain in your name, hosting in your account, code in your hands. We send you the owner's guide and you're done.
Do I really own the site?
Yes. The code is yours. The domain is registered to you. The hosting account is in your name. No vendor lock-in. If you leave, you take it with you.
What if I change my hours or services?
You can update it yourself using the owner's guide we provide. Or, buy a monthly plan and we handle updates for you. Your site, your rules.
Do you register my domain?
Yes. We charge a flat $25 to handle domain registration — covers the year plus the setup. Or, you can register it yourself and we'll point it to your site.
I already have Facebook. Why do I need a website?
Facebook is a closed loop. Your followers see your posts if Facebook's algorithm decides to show them. Google is where strangers find you when they're actively looking for your service. A website owns that real estate. You control it.
What happens if my site goes down?
Hosting is on Vercel's free tier, which has 99.95% uptime. If something breaks, reach out and we'll help troubleshoot for free. If you want proactive monitoring, that's part of our monthly maintenance plan.
Can I get a monthly maintenance plan after launch?
Yes. Ask at handoff or email after launch. We handle content updates, Google Business Profile posts, review responses, and uptime checks. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
What industries do you serve?
Auto Repair, Coffee Shop, Tattoo Shop, Roofing, HVAC, Dental, Med Spa, Law Firm, Gym / Fitness, Real Estate, Property Management, Dog Grooming. Not on the list? Call anyway — we'll discuss a custom build.
How long until my site is live?
Depends on how fast you schedule and get us your info. You control the timeline — we move when you're ready.
Let me think about it.
Totally fair. We'll hold your skin choice for 48 hours. No pressure. When you're ready, call back and we'll get started.
$750 is more than I expected.
Consider this: one service call pays for it. A single auto repair job runs $500–$1,200. A roofing job? $15,000–$50,000+. An HVAC service call is $300–$800. If your site brings in one job a month, it pays for itself in your first call, then everything else is pure profit. Plus, you own it forever—no monthly subscriptions.
What's included in the maintenance plan?
Monthly content updates, 2x Google Business Profile posts per month, review monitoring and responses, uptime monitoring, and domain renewal handling. Full details on our services page.
